I’ve decided to do short blogs mostly reviews of things and places. This one is mostly a photo blog of The Indienne – the best tasting menu we’ve done in Chicago. Indian-French fusion has been achieved perfectly. It is certainly pricey but totally worth it.

Rasmalai – it was melt in the mouth
Egg curry – simple delicious. It tastes as good as it looks
Lamb chop – slightly under done but tasted tum
Chaat – it tasted so so good. Authentic yet different
The cocktails were certainly special. The bar came to me for my special gin cocktail (forget the name)
Here’s a pic of my drink – the wine pairing (with the food) was exquisite. If you like your wine then this addition is totally worth it
